Processing Times
- Digital Downloads: Instant access after purchase. You will receive a download link via email.
- Custom Digital Orders: Delivered via email within 2-3 business days.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Processing time is typically 3-5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Digital Products: No shipping required.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and item weight.

Estimated Delivery Time:
- U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days
- Canada & International Orders: 10-20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international locations.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or delayed, please check your tracking information and allow extra time before reaching out.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@jackalopecollective.com with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Order Tracking
- Once your print-on-demand order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Digital downloads do not include tracking, as they are instantly available.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in production.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
