Processing Times

  • Digital Downloads: Instant access after purchase. You will receive a download link via email.
  • Custom Digital Orders: Delivered via email within 2-3 business days.
  • Print-on-Demand Products: Processing time is typically 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Digital Products: No shipping required.
  • Print-on-Demand Products: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and item weight.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days
    • Canada & International Orders: 10-20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please check your tracking information and allow extra time before reaching out.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@jackalopecollective.com with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Order Tracking

  • Once your print-on-demand order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Digital downloads do not include tracking, as they are instantly available.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in production.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
