Refund policy

At Jackalope Collective, we strive to provide high-quality printables and print-on-demand products for parents, children, and educators. Because of the nature of our products, our return and refund policy varies depending on the item purchased.

Digital Products (Printables & Downloads)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all printable files and digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you experience any issues with your purchase (such as file errors or missing content), please reach out to us at hello@jackalopecollective.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Print-on-Demand & Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jackalopecollective.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital products (printable files & downloads)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after returning the original item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging) with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional processing time to post refunds.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@jackalopecollective.com.
