Our milk paint (also known as poster or tempera paint) is safe and simple to use. This natural, nontoxic powdered paint mix is made of milk powder and mineral pigments. Simply mix with water and you’ll love their 4 vibrant colors: dandelion yellow, grass green, sky blue and sunset red.
Directions: Mix powdered paint base with an equal amount of water to create a silky smooth liquid paint. Use a brush (or hands!) to paint by dipping into the mix and applying the paint to paper. Mix only what is needed for a single use. Leftover unused liquid paint can be safely stored covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. This lightweight powder stores indefinitely on the shelf.
Contains milk protein. Recommended for ages 3 and up.
